Part Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential Setting

Blue Sky, Inc. is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to work with adults with disabilities or mental health diagnoses in a residential setting in Mahnomen, MN. In this position, you will:

• Support the clients to succeed in everyday activities.
• Support positive strategies to improve behaviors and outcomes.
• Ensure the health and safety of the individuals served.
• Work in a great residential home setting, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications:

• Work every other weekend
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background screening.

• Starting pay range is $18 - $20 per hour, awake hours DOE
• $11.41 per hour for sleep hours
• Schedule: Part Time - Approximately 20 - 30 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
