What You’ll Do
- Lead daily classroom activities and learning experiences
- Create age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom routines
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Communicate positively with parents and team members
- Guide and support assistant teachers or aides
- Ensure classroom licensing and safety standards are followed
Qualifications
- Experience working with preschool or young children preferred
- Must meet state requirements for childcare teachers
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Positive attitude, patience, and reliability
