Position Overview

We are seeking a caring, patient, and dependable Infant Childcare Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for infants.

The ideal candidate understands the unique needs of infants and is committed to providing attentive care while supporting their early development.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to infants throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
• Follow feeding, diapering, nap, and daily care routines
• Closely monitor infants' health, safety, behavior, and development
• Provide age-appropriate activities that encourage early learning and development
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians about their child's daily activities and needs
• Maintain accurate daily records and classroom documentation
• Follow childcare center policies, health and safety procedures, and applicable licensing requirements
• Work collaboratively with other childcare staff

Requirements

Qualifications

• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous infant childcare teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
