Job Title: Ecommerce Jewelry Associate
Location: 5100 Tice Street Fort Myers, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking an Ecommerce Jewelry Associate to support the jewelry operations of the Ecommerce department. This position is responsible for researching, preparing, and listing jewelry and watches for online sale while maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and quality. The ideal candidate can work independently and as part of a team to support Ecommerce sales and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals and quality standards established by the Ecommerce Jewelry Manager.
- Accurately represent jewelry, watches, and other merchandise through photographs, written descriptions, and documentation of any damages, imperfections, or defects.
- Perform routine tasks according to established procedures and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Research jewelry and watches using online resources and multiple websites to support accurate listings.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers while fostering a positive team environment.
- Follow all Goodwill policies, department procedures, and safety regulations.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with eBay, Amazon, or other online marketplace platforms preferred.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry and watches.
- Ability to receive, follow, and give directions and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to research jewelry and watches online using multiple websites.
- Knowledge of basic math skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and independently stoop, bend, kneel, push, and pull.
- Ability to read fine print and engravings and recognize colors.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.
