Note: You must have prior housekeeping supervisory experience.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Housekeeping professional to join our team as a Housekeeping Room Inspector / Room Attendant.

This is a hybrid position designed for someone who takes pride in maintaining high housekeeping standards and enjoys both inspecting rooms and delivering exceptional guest-room cleanliness. The selected candidate will work as a Room Inspector approximately 2–3 days per week, with the remaining days working as a Room Attendant.

Compensation:

$14 - $15 hourly


Responsibilities:Room Inspector Responsibilities — 2–3 Days per Week
  • Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet established cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards.

  • Verify that rooms are properly cleaned, stocked, maintained, and ready for guest arrival.

  • Identify deficiencies and communicate needed corrections to Room Attendants.

  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to housekeeping staff when appropriate.

  • Ensure housekeeping standards and procedures are consistently followed.

  • Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or other concerns to the appropriate department.

  • Assist with prioritizing rooms and communicating room status with Housekeeping leadership and other hotel departments.

  • Help maintain consistency and quality throughout the guest-room operation.

  • Support the Housekeeping team and leadership as needed.

Room Attendant Responsibilities — Remaining Days
  • Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and established procedures.

  • Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop, and perform other routine housekeeping duties.

  • Replenish guest-room amenities and supplies.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned housekeeping areas and equipment.

  • Report maintenance issues, damages, lost-and-found items, and other concerns promptly.

  • Follow proper procedures for cleaning products, equipment, and guest belongings.

  • Complete assigned rooms within established productivity and quality standards.

  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests and respond appropriately to guest requests.


Qualifications:
  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.

  • Previous Room Attendant and/or Room Inspector experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

  • Ability to recognize housekeeping quality standards and identify areas needing correction.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently while also supporting the housekeeping team.

  • Dependable, punctual, and professional.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift as required to perform housekeeping duties.
