Pan operator

Pay: $20.00/hour to start | Schedule: Some overtime, weekends, and holidays required.

We're hiring a Pan Operator for an industrial manufacturing client. This role runs and monitors clay preparation equipment crushing, grinding, screening, and conveying to keep production supplied with material.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor clay prep equipment
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanically inclined, comfortable with hands-on maintenance
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Comfortable in a loud, dusty industrial environment
• English speaking preferred; bilingual a plus
• HS diploma preferred, not required
