Job Description

DELIVERY DRIVER!

AVG $16-$24 PER HOUR (including tips and mileage) (average varies based on location, shift and number of deliveries)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the following duties:

**Delivery Operations**

• Operate delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using maps and navigational applications
• Locate and deliver orders to designated addresses within the delivery area
• Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork

**In-Store Support**

• Operate all equipment as directed
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
• Prepare products according to company specifications as needed
• Receive and process telephone orders when required
• Maintain cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment on a daily basis

**Customer and Team Communication**

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members both verbally and in writing
• Process orders accurately over the phone and in person
• Provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed
• Comprehend and execute written instructions correctly

**Administrative and Financial Responsibilities**

• Process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating change
• Perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with accuracy
• Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens
• Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions

Qualifications

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required Qualifications:**

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash transactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physical capability to navigate multi-story buildings and carry items
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in food service or delivery operations
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications
• Customer service experience
