Shipping and Receiving Clerk Needed for busy Parts Department

Bowser Automotive is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Parts Department. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and supporting our service and parts teams. Responsibilities

• Process parts requisitions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Receive and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders.
• Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders.
• Stock and organize parts inventory while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Assist Parts Department staff with locating and distributing parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or automotive parts experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with computers and inventory systems throughout the day.
