Brookshire Construction is seeking reliable and skilled Carpenters of all experience levels to join our construction team in the Rolla & Cuba, MO areas.

Hourly Rate:

• Level I: $18.00-$25.00/hr. depending on experience
• Level II: $25.00-$35.00/hr., depending on experience

Location: Rolla & Cuba, MO

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to read blueprints and frame houses per plan
• Assemble prefabricated/panel-built homes
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire's high-quality standards and levels of customer atisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience for Level I position
• 4 + years of experience for Level II position
• Strong leadership skills
• Safety and production driven
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
