 • Location: 1122 N West St, Hillsboro, OH 45133  

 • Compensation: $24.50/hour 

 • Schedule: 3–5 days per week | Up to 10 hours per day

 Delivery Driver Responsibilities

 As a Non CDL Delivery Driver, you will ensure packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time throughout the Hillsboro community and surrounding areas. 

 • Report to our warehouse location each morning for route assignment and loadout 

 • Safely load and unload packages at the warehouse and at each stop along your route 

 • Operate a company-provided delivery vehicle and follow assigned GPS delivery routes 

 • Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a professional and courteous manner — think of yourself as more than a driver; you are a courier representing our team in the community 

 • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies throughout your delivery route 

 • Maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle at all times 

 • Communicate with dispatch and management regarding any route or delivery issues 

 • Return to the warehouse at the end of each shift to complete closeout procedures

 

 Schedule and Work Environment 

 • Work 3–5 days per week • Shifts may be up to 10 hours per day 

 • Delivery routes are available seven days a week 

 • Weekend availability may be required 

 • Full-time and part-time driver opportunities available 

 • Work takes place both indoors (at the warehouse) and outdoors in varying weather conditions 

 • Position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and getting in and out of the delivery vehicle

Qualifications

 Delivery Driver Requirements – Non CDL

 • Must be at least 21 years of age 

 • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. 

 • Safe driving record 

 • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds   

 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

 • Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded 

 • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions 

No CDL required — this is a non CDL delivery driver position open to all qualified drivers.

 • Drug screening 

 • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check 

 • Background check, as required
