WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Territory Manager, you'll step into a lucrative material handling equipment sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited!

In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them optimize their operations with innovative material handling solutions. Your focus will be on building lasting customer relationships, identifying opportunities for new and replacement equipment, and delivering lift truck and warehouse solutions that improve productivity, safety, and profitability. Every day brings new opportunities as you develop new business, support existing customers, and represent Pape’ Material Handling as a knowledgeable and dependable resource throughout your territory.

Each day, you'll be on the road in a company-provided sales vehicle, meeting face-to-face with customers, evaluating their operational needs, and collaborating with our parts, service, and rental teams to provide complete material handling solutions. By staying ahead of industry trends and understanding your customers' evolving businesses, you'll position Pape’ Material Handling as the premier partner for forklifts, warehouse equipment, and fleet management solutions while growing market share throughout your assigned territory.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 2 or more years of previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, San Joaquin County.
• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

 

Compensation: Salary + Commission
