Groundskeeper

Our client, in the landscaping and outdoor maintenance industry, is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join their team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be an essential part of the grounds maintenance department supporting daily operations and special events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rancho Mirage, CA

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: AM 

What's the Job?

• Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Plant, water, fertilize, prune, weed, and cultivate landscaping materials to promote healthy growth.
• Mow and edge lawns using manual and powered equipment for a well-manicured look.
• Assist with irrigation installation, drainage work, and basic repairs to support landscape health.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, tillers, clippers, edgers, tractors, and utility vehicles safely and efficiently.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment responsibly.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow all safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
