Inserter Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the mailing and printing industry, is seeking a Inserter Operator to join their team. As a Inserter Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inserter Operator

Location: Lynchburg, VA

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 2nd shift -- 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate a computer/manual controlled insert machine to assemble and verify mail products.
• Follow detailed work order instructions to ensure high-quality output.
• Set up and troubleshoot insert equipment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor machine performance, checking for doubles, miss-feeds, and proper sealing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the shift.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in machine operation.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions in English.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks as required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
