Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a Customer Technology Support Representative to join their team. As a Customer Technology Support Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional technical assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Technology Support Representative
Location: Anoka, MN (Hybrid; first month in-office, then remote)
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:15am-7:00pm; Saturday 7:00am-2:00pm
What's the Job?
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and internet to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Diagnose user questions and guide customers through step-by-step solutions for software and hardware problems.
- Assist with product installation, setup, and training for new customers.
- Verify and log customer information accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and escalate calls when necessary.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in helpdesk support or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience troubleshooting devices and applications on Android, iOS, and other operating systems.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar customer management tools.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred.
