Packing - Now Hiring

We are currently looking for Packing Associates interested in working a 2nd shift in Mishawaka, IN. As a Packing Associate, you will be part of the Packing Department supporting production and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Job Title: Packing

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Pay Range: $16.75

Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM 

What's the Job?

• Pack aluminum products for shipment according to company specifications
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before packaging
• Label, stack, and organize finished products
• Assist with loading materials and preparing orders for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 6 months of recent manufacturing experience 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
