Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Avondale. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. Looking for someone who speaks Spanish, preferably and is flexible with their schedule. I work from home and go into the office occasionally for 1/2 the day. On those days need afternoon help. I will always be home with the baby and nanny.
