Childcare Needed

I need assistance **getting my 3-year-old son off the school bus and safely into our home around 12 PM**, as I work from home **on calls and cant step away**. Soon, Ill also need help picking him up from daycare and bringing him home. He is autistic with a speech delay, so someone **patient and comfortable with autistic children** would be ideal.
