Babysitter Needed for my Children

Looking for a reliable, routine-oriented nanny in the North Phoenix/Sunnyslope area for my 1-year-old son, starting as early as this Monday. The primary schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 4:30 a.m. to 2:00 PM, with a half-day on Wednesday from 4:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Hours may vary slightly, with some weeks having less days and others offering opportunities for additional hours. This role is perfect for a college student, as I am expecting another baby in December, meaning we plan to only need occasional help during December and January before resuming a regular routine. Pay starts at $18/hour and is open to negotiation for the right fit.
