Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a new nanny for our kids ages 6, 3, and 1. I work as a nurse on Mondays so the hours are long but the kids are a blast. Our oldest LOVES world war 2 airplanes, anything nature, and all the adventure in the world. Our middle loves princesses, flowers, and snuggles. Our youngest loves snacks and ... snacks. She also loves climbing! We have a fenced in back yard and an adolescent German shepherd (almost 1-year-old) who is crate trained. We are looking for a caregiver who will be proactive in getting the kids outside to play, be able to set boundaries and routines but roll with the chaos, and become part of our kids world. No medical needs, no food allergies.
