Position Summary
The Junior Human Resources Business Partner (JR HRBP) supports the delivery of strategic and operational HR initiatives across the organization. Working closely with Sr HRBP, HR Transformation teams, and business stakeholders, the JR HRBP acts as both an HR subject matter expert and coordinator, supporting process optimization, compliance, HR documentation management, and transformation activities. This role offers an opportunity to develop business partnering capabilities while gaining exposure to HR operations, governance, and transformation projects.
- Serve as an HR subject matter expert for assigned HR processes, policies, and programs.
- Partner closely with Business-As-Usual (BAU) HR resources to understand, document, and support existing HR processes.
- Shadow key HR processes and workflows to build process knowledge.
- Map current HR processes, document requirements, risks, and dependencies.
- Support HR transformation and process improvement initiatives through process analysis and documentation.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution for the new HR system.
- Execute testing activities, validate outcomes, document defects, and support issue resolution when testing phases are launched.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes and solutions.
- In partnership with BAU HR resources and under the guidance of HR Transformation leads, coordinate HR policies, procedures, and documentation across multiple locations.
- Support HR compliance administration activities, including monitoring regulatory requirements and maintaining required records.
- Support Sr HRBP in executing workforce and employee-related initiatives.
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes.
- Support data collection, reporting, and analysis to enable HR decision-making.
- Build collaborative relationships with HR teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Coordination, or HR Shared Services.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance principles.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting HR transformation or process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Dynamics or similar systems.
- Exposure to testing activities, UAT, or system implementations.
