Our Staffing Service wants to hire a Business Development Associate who has experience with recruiting - the job title/role itself may also be also referred to as Full Desk Recruiter or 360 Recruiter.

Ideal candidates will be innovative, determined, and tenacious.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Oversee aspects of sales, account development and marketing via cold calls, warm calls, and well written email
• Conduct research to inspire new actionable ideas
• Attend related business events
• Develop and implement strategic account planning and proposals
• Generate new clients and build relationships with clients
