Pro Roofing is expanding throughout the Valley, and we're looking for outgoing, professional individuals to represent our brand in neighborhoods across the Phoenix metro area.

This is not a high-pressure sales position. Our Canvassing Representatives educate homeowners, build relationships, and schedule complimentary roof inspections for our experienced roofing consultants.

What You'll Do

• Represent Pro Roofing professionally in residential neighborhoods.
• Educate homeowners about the importance of proactive roof inspections.
• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
• Schedule complimentary roof inspections for our roofing consultants.
• Accurately document appointments and customer information.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
• Consistently achieve appointment-setting goals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous canvassing experience.
• Door-to-door sales experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Roofing, home improvement, or construction knowledge.

Compensation

Compensation Package Includes:

• $18–$22 per hour base pay
• Performance bonuses for qualified appointments
• Additional commissions on closed projects generated from your leads
• Uncapped earning potential
