DCC INC, a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, is looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Deliver packages accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Follow all safety, security, DOT, and company procedures.
• Assist other team members when reasonably requested.
• Handle customer delivery investigations and follow-ups when needed.
• Train new employees on proper delivery techniques, routing, safety, and security.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings.
• Represent DCC INC and FedEx Ground in a professional manner.

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You must:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a relatively clean driving record (MVR).
• Be willing to complete required drug testing and background screening.
• Successfully pass a DOT physical.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and able to work 5–6 days per week, including weekends.
• Be able to handle the physical demands of package delivery.
• Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
