HVAC Service Technician

Job description:

Gillmann Services is NOW HIRING HVAC Service Technicians and Helpers for work in Emporia & Spotsylvania, VA, as well as Roanoke Rapids, NC! Day shift, full-time work with overtime opportunities. Per diem offered.

**Must have relevant experience to be considered**

Duties:

• Perform maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment in apartments and housing
• Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement
• Read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Test newly installed components to ensure proper function
• Maintain records of completed projects and parts used
• If helper, assist technician with installation and part retrieval
• All other duties as required

Requirements for experienced HVAC technicians:

• EPA Certification if technician
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Clean criminal background (no felonies)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Consent to drug and background screening
