This is a rare opportunity for a Certified Athletic Trainer to join a nationally known company to work in an employer based clinic.


Occupational Athletic Trainer / Injury Prevention Specialist
Multiple Locations, Including Princeton, IN and Georgetown, KY | New Grads Welcome

We're hiring for 9 openings nationwide for Occupational Athletic Trainers to join on-site employee health centers, helping prevent workplace injuries before they happen. You'll work directly with employees on functional movement, ergonomics, and early intervention, real hands-on impact, outside a traditional sports setting.

  • Starting Salary: $60,000- $68000 Pay is negotiable and will be paid hourly

Schedule Options Vary by Site

  • Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, or 4x10-hour shifts, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM
  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • No weekends

What You'll Do

  • Perform musculoskeletal exams, physical demand assessments, and ergonomic evaluations to identify and reduce high-risk tasks
  • Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention
  • Provide first aid per OSHA standards as part of an early intervention program
  • Deliver client follow-up, care coordination, and movement-based performance recommendations
  • Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams on workplace countermeasures and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and patient health records
  • Participate in relevant meetings and task forces
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • BOC-Certified Athletic Trainer with a Bachelor's or Master's from an accredited AT program, OR a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related movement field (with equivalent experience considered)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA, ARC, or equivalent); First Aid and ACLS may also be required depending on site
  • Experience in Occupational Health and Safety, with working knowledge of OSHA regulations, preferred
  • Experience in Ergonomics preferred; Ergonomic Specialty certification a plus
  • Experience in Group Exercise Programming a plus
  • Strong relationship-building, critical thinking, and time-management skills
