Job Description
We’re seeking reliable and motivated candidates for Retail Associate positions available immediately in Baxter, MN!
In this hands-on role, you’ll help support daily store operations by unloading and stocking merchandise, fulfilling online customer orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service both inside and outside the store.
Key ResponsibilitiesReplace paper tags with digital tags
Load, unload, and safely move products
Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and place products in the appropriate areas
Sort and organize products in the backroom
Stock shelves and replenish displays
Pick and pack merchandise for online customer orders
Assist customers as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Must be able to pass a basic background check and drug test (THC-friendly)
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour
