The Certification Clerk/Packer is responsible for efficiently managing documentation and handling packaging operations to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment in a medium-volume environment. This role emphasizes precise record keeping, quality inspection, and inventory control, supporting internal processes without interaction with external agencies or auditors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize certification documents accurately
• Prepare and package products according to specifications
• Maintain inventory control for materials and finished packages
• Keep detailed records of shipments, packing lists, and inventory changes
• Perform quality inspections on packages to meet standards
• Label packages correctly with required information
• Coordinate shipping schedules internally to meet deadlines
• Enter data related to packages and certifications into company systems
