President - Industrial Products Manufacturer

Our client is seeking a President to lead one of its established operating divisions and play a significant role in defining its next chapter of growth.

The business is a leading manufacturer of engineered protection solutions, serving customers across electrical, industrial, infrastructure, energy and other demanding end markets. Its products are used to protect electrical, control and instrumentation components in some of the industry's most challenging environments.

The President will have overall responsibility for the division's P&L, commercial strategy, operations, organizational development and long-term growth, leading a team across sales, operations, engineering, supply chain, finance and customer service.

What You'll Lead

• Full P&L responsibility for an established manufacturing business
• Strategic growth initiatives and expansion into new markets and applications
• Sales, customer and channel development
• Manufacturing operations, quality, productivity and continuous improvement
• Product development and engineering
• Supply chain and operational efficiency
• Capital investment and capacity planning
• Leadership development, succession planning and organizational culture
• Overall financial and operational performance

What We're Looking For

We're interested in accomplished manufacturing executives who have successfully led a business, division or significant operating unit and understand how to connect commercial growth with operational execution.

Strong consideration will be given to candidates with backgrounds in:

• Electrical products or components
• Industrial or engineered products
• Electrical enclosures, conduit, raceway or related products
• Plastics, fiberglass, composites or polycarbonate manufacturing
• Industrial automation and controls
• Electrical distribution / B2B products
• Other engineered manufacturing environments
