A growing Western Colorado roofing contractor is looking for ambitious, self-directed sales professionals who want control over their schedules and income.

This is not an appointment-setting position where you simply knock doors and pass leads to someone else. You will own the entire sales process—from starting the first conversation and inspecting the roof to presenting the proposal, closing the project, and collecting the deposit.

Our production team handles material ordering, scheduling, installation, and jobsite operations so you can stay focused on generating opportunities, building relationships, and closing business.

Compensation

• Uncapped commission
• Estimated annual earnings of $75,000–$150,000+
• Higher earnings are possible for consistent top performers
• Commission paid according to the written contractor compensation agreement
• No salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation

What You’ll Do

• Generate your own opportunities through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and neighborhood marketing
• Speak with homeowners and identify legitimate roofing needs
• Inspect and photograph residential roofing systems
• Measure roofs and document relevant property conditions
• Prepare estimates using the company’s approved pricing system
• Present roofing options clearly and confidently
• Explain materials, warranties, pricing, and project expectations
• Follow up with prospects and overcome reasonable objections
• Close qualified homeowners and secure signed contracts and deposits
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Coordinate a clean handoff to the production team
• Stay in communication with customers through the sales-to-production transition
• Help secure final payment, referrals, and customer reviews

Contractors control their own schedules and sales activity, may provide services to other businesses, and are responsible for their own transportation, phone, insurance, expenses, and taxes. No employee benefits or guaranteed wages are provided.
