Food Service & Hospitality Worker - Brevard, NC
Senior Living Community
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM- Morning Shift
- 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM- Afternoon Shift
Pay Frequency: Weekly

We have partnered with a local Senior Living facility that is looking for a Food Service & Hospitality Workers- Come Join Our Team in Brevard, NC! This position supports the culinary team while helping create a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.
If you enjoy working with people, take pride in keeping things clean and organized, and have a heart for serving others, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Assist with meal preparation and meal service
- Serve meals and beverages to residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
- Set and clear tables before and after meals
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and other kitchen items
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Stock and organize food service and dining supplies
- Assist the culinary team with daily kitchen and dining operations
- Provide courteous and compassionate service to senior residents
- Follow all community policies and health and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous food service, hospitality, restaurant, healthcare, or senior living experience is a plus
- A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Professional and friendly communication skills
- Compassion and patience when working with older adults
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
