Tech 2 Leader

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Tech 2 Leader  in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team while supporting the packaging of dishwasher detergent tablets on a production line. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.

In a Shift Leader job, you’ll be responsible for:

Team Leadership:

• Leading and supporting production team members.
• Monitoring workflow and ensuring production goals are met.
• Communicating with supervisors regarding production issues and staffing needs.
• Training and assisting employees as needed.

Packaging Products:

• Assembling boxes, cartons, and other containers.
• Placing products into appropriate packaging by hand or using automated machinery.
• Wrapping items with protective materials.

Labeling and Documentation:

• Applying correct shipping labels, barcodes, and product information.
• Ensuring labels are accurate and legible.
• Updating inventory systems and recording production data, including quantities and defects.

What you’ll need:

• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule and Pay:
Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
$16.00/hr
