Location: Union County, NJ
Pay: $20.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

We are currently recruiting experienced CNC / Press Brake Operators for multiple manufacturing opportunities throughout Union County, NJ.

We are looking for mechanically skilled candidates with experience operating CNC machinery, press brakes, and/or metal fabrication equipment. Opportunities are available for different experience levels, with higher pay available for candidates who can independently set up machines, read blueprints, perform programming, and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC press brakes and other metal fabrication machinery
• Set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure materials and finished parts using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools
• Perform bends and forming operations to required specifications and tolerances
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy
• Inspect completed parts for dimensions and workmanship
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
• Follow production schedules and maintain accurate work records
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery, press brakes, or metal fabrication equipment preferred
• Experience with press brake setup and operation is highly desirable
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools
• Understanding of bend allowances, angles, dimensions, and tolerances is a plus
• CNC programming experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Based on Experience

$20.00–$35.00 per hour

Compensation will depend on experience and technical ability. Candidates with advanced skills in machine setup, CNC programming, blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and precision fabrication may qualify for the higher end of the pay range.
