Protech Staffing is currently hiring Manufacturing / Production Associates for immediate full-time opportunities in Lebanon, TN.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on production position that involves assembling materials, handling products, supporting production processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the shift.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job description:

Manufacturing / Production Associate – Immediate Openings

Location: Lebanon, TN
Employer: Protech Staffing
Pay: $16.00 + (Bi-weekly Attendance Bonus)
Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime: Saturdays and additional overtime may be required based on production needs

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble materials and components into finished products
• Prepare and move materials throughout production areas
• Feed and stage materials for the production process
• Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks
• Prepare finished products for the next stage of production or shipping
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Follow established production procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive motions and physical tasks
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures
• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays/weekends as needed
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred
