The Position

As a high-level technician you daily diagnose, repair, and service vehicles.

Key responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics across complex electrical and drivability concerns
- Work in areas such as drivability concerns, electrical systems, routine repairs and maintenance on European, EV/Hybrid/Plug-In Hybrid vehicles
- Follow a clear cause-and-effect process to identify failures and related system issues

Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional technician experience with strong diagnostic tool mastery
- State Certifications required
- ASE Master preferred (or ready to complete immediately)

Your Typical Day

Youll start by testing and inspecting vehicles to evaluate symptoms. Most of your morning is spent thinking, testing, and verifyingscanning data, running parameters, and documenting what you found and recommending next steps or repairs. The majority of the afternoon is spent solving the issues found through services and repairs. This mixes with preventative maintenance and factory recommended services on European, Import, and Unique vehicles. Between jobs, you keep your work area organized, complete quality control, and prioritize your workflow with the team.
