HR Representative

Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented HR Representative to manage payroll processing and provide support with various HR administrative functions. This role will oversee payroll for approximately 150 employees, including union and non-union employees, while assisting with benefits, leave administration, reporting, and other HR-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

-Process biweekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now for salaried and hourly employees, including union employees

-Process and maintain FMLA paperwork and documentation on a monthly basis

-Provide support with 401(k) administration and related employee inquiries

-Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and employee support

-Prepare and run various HR and payroll reports within the company’s systems

-Maintain accurate payroll and employee records while ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality

-Perform additional HR and payroll-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

-Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Union payroll experience is a plus

-Manufacturing industry experience is a plus

-Bachelor’s degree or relevant education is a plus
