About the Role
Barak Group, a Jani-King franchise, is hiring a dependable Overnight Janitorial Associate for our Caldwell location. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining a client facility during overnight hours, working independently to complete a nightly cleaning checklist to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors throughout the facility
• Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, fixtures, glass, and furniture
• Operate cleaning equipment safely (vacuums, floor buffers, etc.)
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or facility damage to a supervisor
• Lock up and secure the facility at the end of the shift

Qualifications

• Able to reliably work overnight hours, Monday through Friday
• Able to lift up to 25–40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
• Reliable transportation to the Caldwell location
• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience a plus, not required
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass a background check (standard for facility access)
