Excavator Operators – Data Center Project

Power Labor is hiring experienced Excavator Operators for a major data center project in Fort Stockton, TX.

Position Details

• Pay: $30–$40/hour, based on experience
• Location: 6000 TX-18, Fort Stockton, TX 79735
• Schedule: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Hours: 40 hours/week with overtime expected
• Start Date: September 25, 2026
• Additional Openings: 5 more operators starting October 7, 2026
• Local candidates preferred; per diem may be available for qualified candidates

Positions Available

We need experienced operators with hands-on experience operating:

• Excavators / Trackhoes
• Loaders
• Track excavators (Excavadora Oruga)

The project will involve heavy excavation work during the first month, with the workload expected to taper off toward November.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating excavators, trackhoes, and/or loaders
• OSHA 10 certification
• Flagger certification
• Equipment-specific excavation safety training
• Ability to work safely and efficiently on a large-scale construction project
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to the Fort Stockton project site

Required PPE

• Type 2 hard hat
