Crew Lead - Lawn Care

Elm Landscape Services is currently seeking a dependable, experienced, and motivated Crew Lead to join our lawn care division. This position is ideal for an individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality landscaping services and has a strong ability to lead, organize, and motivate a team. The Crew Lead plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, maintaining productivity, ensuring work meets company standards, and fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare, organize, and load trucks and trailers with all necessary tools, equipment, and materials each morning

● Lead, supervise, and support a crew in completing lawn care and property maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard

● Perform regular quality control checks at each job site to ensure all work meets company expectations and client satisfaction

● Communicate consistently with the owner regarding daily schedules, job progress, and any challenges or issues that arise

● Provide hands-on training, guidance, and mentorship to crew members to promote skill development and team performance

● Ensure all work is carried out safely and in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices

● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times

Requirements:

● Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field

● Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing or supervising a team

● Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

● Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor

● Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record

● Ability and confidence to operate company trucks and trailers safely

● Physically capable of performing outdoor work in various weather conditions
