What You'll Do

• Test sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Perform system-level testing on electronic products
• Conduct quality control testing throughout the production process
• Complete final assembly and inspection of finished products
• Identify potential quality issues during testing and inspection
• Record testing results and production statistics accurately
• Provide daily testing and quality feedback to the production team
• Work closely with operations management and engineering teams
• Follow established quality and production procedures
• Handle sensitive electronic components and assemblies carefully

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Good manual dexterity and strong hands-on skills
• Comfortable using tweezers, screwdrivers, bolt drivers, torque wrenches, and similar tools
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in electronics testing, production, and quality control
• Must meet U.S. Person requirements (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to work involving U.S. federal contracts
