Working within a small team of 1-5 members, the trimmer uses hand shears or snips to perform precise cuts while following strict safety and compliance guidelines, enhanced by both basic safety training and advanced cannabis compliance training. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective time management to meet production goals without travel requirements.
