General Job Duties

• Interior /Exterior Painting
• Appliance Repair and Troubleshooting
• Turns
• Prepare and Complete Service Requests/Work Orders
• Inspect Grounds and Common Areas
• Update Inventory Logs
• Troubleshooting Repair Issues
• Install Locks/Make Keys
• Maintenance Team Support

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an apartment maintenance technician or in a related field
• Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.
