The Role

Are you a natural conversationalist who loves meeting new people? We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Junior Sales & Marketing Representative to serve as our front-line brand ambassador.

In this dynamic, face-to-face role, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You will be out in the community—representing Peoples Products at exciting local shows and events, and introducing our company to homeowners in neighborhoods where we are actively completing installations. Your primary mission is to spark interest, build brand awareness, and secure appointments for our outside sales experts to showcase our premium home improvement solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Face of the Brand: Represent Peoples Products at local home shows, community events, and in targeted neighborhoods.
• Generate High-Quality Leads: Engage directly with homeowners to spark interest in our top-rated windows and wet-space remodels.
• Set the Stage for Sales: Successfully schedule in-home appointments for our senior outside sales staff.
• Drive Grassroots Growth: Canvas neighborhoods around current installation sites to introduce our services, generate add-on business, and secure referrals.
• Build Relationships: Visit with current and prospective customers, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression of our brand.
