Customer Service Representative needed to make and receive phone calls to and from people who owe local police departments and government agencies. Full time call center, Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:30 pm. Must be professional at all times, bi-lingual a plus.
MCOA designs and implements revenue recovery programs for local courts, police departments, and government agencies. We manage state income-tax setoff programs, vehicle registration restrictions, vehicular immobilization programs, and other programs requested by our clients. We have a call center that communicates with those who have failed to pay their citations, fines, and invoices.
