Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking maintenance technician to help maintain our campground, RV sites, cabins, rental homes, and common areas. The ideal candidate should be dependable, able to work independently, and experienced with general property repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work
• Inspect and maintain RV sites, cabins, rental homes, and common areas
• Repair doors, locks, windows, walls, flooring, fixtures, and appliances
• Troubleshoot water, sewer, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Maintain the swimming pool, shower house, laundry room, playground, and pavilion
• Perform lawn care, landscaping, leaf removal, and seasonal cleanup
• Pick up trash and keep the property clean and presentable
• Prepare rental units between guests or tenants
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance areas organized
• Report major repair needs and safety concerns to management

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, construction, or property-management experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and landscaping equipment
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Dependable, honest, and able to work with limited supervision
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or respond to emergencies
