Maintenance Technician

• $30.00/HR +
• Contract to Hire
• 1st Shift (7am – 4:30pm)
• Benefits Available
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled production equipment.
• Support robotic and automated assembly equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment.
• Support equipment startups, equipment moves, and process improvements.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders within the CMMS system.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading electrical schematics.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradley preferred).
• Fanuc robotics experience.
• Servo motor and drive troubleshooting.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience.
• Automated manufacturing experience.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
