Pharmacy Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
• Maintain records of prescriptions, inventory, and compliance documentation
• Process prescriptions by receiving, verifying, and accurately entering information
• Provide customer service to patients and healthcare providers regarding medication inquiries
• Manage inventory including stock levels, ordering supplies, and identifying shortages
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Support workflow by labeling, packaging, and organizing medications
• Assist with insurance claims, authorizations, and patient billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program
• Certified Pharmacy Technician
