Production Worker

The Bradley Group is currently hiring Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Lexington, NC. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity for dependable candidates looking for long-term employment.

Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic who are reliable, willing to learn, and able to work a 12-hour schedule.

Schedule

This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, working 12-hour shifts:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

The 2-2-3 schedule includes a combination of workdays and days off. Candidates must be flexible to work overtime and additional hours as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Stack and adjust sheets of paper on production lines and pallets
• Prepare and band pallets for shipment
• Assist machine operators in wet and dry production areas
• Help restart the production process following downtime
• Clean machinery and production areas
• Sweep floors and remove paper debris, resin, and dust
• Empty trash cans and dumpsters
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or forklift experience is preferred, but not required
• Previous paper manufacturing experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good attendance and punctuality are required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend and step up/down
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and understand written instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Must be willing to follow all plant safety policies and procedures
