Tool Crib Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tool Crib Attendant to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This role is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining tools, equipment, and supplies to support efficient production operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, basic technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue, receive, and track tools, equipment, and consumables

• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software

• Inspect tools for wear or damage and coordinate repairs or replacements

• Organize and maintain tool crib for efficiency and cleanliness

• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed

• Calibrate tools or coordinate calibration schedules (if applicable)

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and aerospace quality requirements

• Support production staff with tool requests and technical inquiries

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1–3 years of experience in a tool crib, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred

• Familiarity with hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and shop equipment

• Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems

• Understanding of tool calibration processes

FULL-Time position of 8-12 hrs Mon-Fri with Sat optional
