Job Description
Specialty Chemical Distributor looking for Highly Motivated Outside Salesperson to take over and grow an established territory. This Technical Sales Representative must be a self-starter to promote Specialty Chemical Raw Materials to all accounts in the Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Western New York and West Virginia area. Markets served are: adhesives, coatings, epoxy, industrial cleaner, HI & I, lubricant, paint and plastic. Candidate MUST live within the territory, or be willing to relocate into the territory.
Responsibilities will include:
> Manage all accounts in the territory, responsible for maintaining and growing sales at existing accounts
> Prospect for new business; including generating new leads as well as following up on sales leads provided
> Develop relationships with all pertinent aspects of each company through business calls
> Identify needs and offer recommendations based on suppliers' products
> Follow up all sales calls with call reports submitted to VP of Sales
