Time Collection Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Audit timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects, and pay types
• Verify compliance by checking employee signatures and approvals prior to processing
• Provide customer service with accurate, friendly, and professional support
• Guide HR partners on state labor laws and payout timelines
• Manage customer cases by opening and closing cases in a timely manner
• Test new programs and update desktop procedures as systems evolve
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for auditing and reporting tasks

Required Qualifications
